Delivery

We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 12pm.

Royal Mail (UK)

Orders placed with Reef Jewelry will be dispatched using a Royal Mail recorded service with an expected delivery after shipping of 3-5 working days; please note this will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order. If you are unavailable when your order is being delivered the Royal Mail will leave an Attempted Delivery Card so you can arrange either a redelivery or to collect the order from your nearest sorting office. All orders will be charged £4.00 for postage.

Express Delivery (UK)

If you're in a hurry, we also offer a 1-2 working day delivery service. This is guaranteed for the next working day providing the order is placed before 12pm. The cost of this is £7.50.

International Shipping

As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 12pm.

We use Royal Mail's International Signed For service for all international deliveries. International shipping usually takes approximately 10 days.

Please Note: All international deliveries will require a signature upon delivery to verify receipt of the goods. Once signed for, Reef Jewelry takes no responsibility for damages or faults with goods that have been signed for, so please check the condition of your delivery and that the items are correct before signing for the goods and accepting the delivery.

Shipping on all international orders are charged at a flat rate of £15, some larger packages may require a small surcharge.
